1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing humanworks.ai or engaging with HumanWorks Staffing LLC ("HumanWorks," "we," "us," or "our") — whether as a job candidate, employer client, or website visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

HumanWorks Staffing LLC is a staffing and executive recruiting company operating as a Patrice & Associates franchise. Our services include:

• Connecting job candidates with employer clients in healthcare operations, consulting, health tech, hospitality, food service, and management sectors
• Conducting candidate searches, interviews, and placements on behalf of employer clients
• Providing career placement and consulting services to candidates at no charge to the candidate
• Communicating with candidates and clients via phone, email, and SMS text message

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program — HumanWorks Alerts

HumanWorks operates an SMS text messaging program named HumanWorks Alerts. By providing your mobile phone number to HumanWorks Staffing and expressly consenting to receive text messages — for example by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form — you agree to receive recruiting-related SMS communications under this program.

Message types sent under HumanWorks Alerts include:

• Job opportunity alerts and notifications
• Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Placement status updates
• Follow-up messages from your assigned recruiter
• Account- and engagement-related notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After replying STOP you will receive a single opt-out confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply START. For program support at any time, contact admin@humanworks.ai.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving any HumanWorks service. We will not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

4. Candidate Terms

By engaging HumanWorks as a job candidate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your work history, qualifications, and availability
• Notify us promptly if you accept a position through another channel while we are actively representing you
• Not circumvent our placement process by directly applying to employers we have introduced you to without our involvement, for a period of 12 months from introduction
• Understand that our services are provided to candidates free of charge; fees are paid by the hiring employer

5. Employer Client Terms

By engaging HumanWorks as an employer client, you agree to:

• Pay agreed placement fees upon the hire of a candidate we introduced to your organization
• Provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and company information
• Not directly hire candidates introduced by HumanWorks without completing the agreed fee arrangement
• Adhere to all applicable employment laws in your hiring decisions

6. No Discrimination

HumanWorks Staffing is committed to equal opportunity employment practices. We do not discriminate and will not facilitate discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all candidate and employer information as confidential. We will not share a candidate's resume or personal information with any employer without the candidate's prior consent. We will not disclose confidential employer information to candidates or other parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

HumanWorks Staffing facilitates connections between candidates and employers but does not guarantee placement, employment, or the performance of any placed candidate. We are not liable for employment decisions made by employer clients, nor for a candidate's post-placement performance or conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanWorks's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on humanworks.ai — including text, logos, and design — is owned by HumanWorks Staffing LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
