Careers
We are a small team in Hell's Kitchen. The software does the volume; a person does the judgement. If you like being right — and being told when you are not — you will recognise the work.
Open roles
Top of the funnel. You check what our system produces, find out what is actually true, then call the strongest candidates and put the ones worth meeting on the founder's calendar.

Part-time · W2 · RemoteYou are comfortable calling someone who was not expecting to hear from you. You call candidates about open management roles — general managers through VPs and CFOs — find out what they want, and put the strong ones on the founder's calendar.

How we hire
The steps below are for the Research Associate. The Associate Recruiter skips the written exercise — that role is judged on the phone, so the test is a call. Each role page spells out its own process.
A one-page account brief our system produced, some of it wrong. Tell us what you would fix before it reached a client. It is timed, it is scored by arithmetic against a fixed answer key, and a person reads every word you write.
Fit, availability, and your questions. Short on purpose.
Real work on a real account, at the role's rate. We pay for the hour whatever comes of it.
No cover letter. We move quickly, and you will always know where you stand.
What it is like
Real work in week one. No shadowing, no busywork. You are on live roles immediately.
You work with the founder directly, not three layers down, and you see how the whole business runs.
You learn a market end to end — how it hires, what it pays, who is moving and why. Most first jobs teach you one task.
You run an AI system in production, not in a training module.
There is somewhere to go — full time, then Talent Consultant, Head of Research, or Product.
Tell us what you are good at. We would rather know you early than advertise late.
